Notice of Introduction of Online Booking for Consular Counter Services

To reduce congestion at the Consular Services Counter and speed up our service, the Consulate General of Japan will introduce an online system for booking appointments for passports, various certificates, visa applications, and family and nationality-related registrations. The system will be, effective from September 3, 2024.
