Please note the following:
- The information contained on these JET FAQ pages is for the convenience
of Vancouver JET candidates for the 2015 JET Programme.
- A PDF copy of the The JET Programme General Information Handbook is currently available for download: jetprogramme.org/e/current/pubs/gih.html. A print version will be sent to all short-listed
candidates in late May. It answers many of the questions you have
about going to and living in Japan as a JET Participant.
- This information and policies governing the JET Programme are subject
to change.
- Please note that dates, services, and information pertain to JETs
departing from Vancouver, specifically. Other cities may differ.
- The Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver, hereafter, is referred to as “The Consulate.”
