On February 9, Consul General Takahashi attended the 25th Speech Presentations organized by the Japanese Language Teachers Association (JALTA). The Consul General encouraged students to continue their Japanese studies and listened to their thoughtfully prepared speeches, which reflected their dedication and heartfelt effort.
