Ceremony to Confer the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays on Mr. Keith Andrew Fedoruk (2025/10/31)

On October 31, 2025, a ceremony was held to confer the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays, on Mr. Keith Andrew Fedoruk, former local employee of the Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver. This honour was awarded as part of the 2024 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals and conferred in recognition of his longstanding contributions to strengthening Japan-Canada relations through his service at the Consulate General.
During the ceremony, Consul General TAKAHASHI delivered a congratulatory remark and expressed his gratitude to Mr. Fedoruk for his contributions to strengthening Japan-Canada relations through his 34 years of service at the Consulate General. Consul General TAKAHASHI conferred the Patent of the Decoration and the insignia upon Mr. Fedoruk.
