Commendation Award of the Consul General (Mr. KUWABARA Seiya, Past President of Ohfukai) (11/06/20)

  On November 6, a commendation award of the Consul General was conferred upon Mr. KUWABARA Seiya, Past President of Ohfukai at the Consul General’s residence.  Mr. Kuwabara has greatly contributed to the development of the Nikkei Community. At the ceremony, Consul General Hatori conveyed his respect and gratitude for his outstanding contributions over the years, and presented Mr. Kuwabara with a Certificate of Commendation.
