Consul General’s Official Visit to Yukon (2025/3/18-19)

On March 18 and 19, the Consul General and his wife made their first official visit to Yukon. The Consul General met with Commissioner Adeline Webber, Premier Ranj Pillai, Minister Sandy Silver and Minister John Streicker and discussed how to further strengthen the ties between Yukon and Japan. They observed the Yukon Legislative Assembly in session and met with members of the Japanese Canadian Association of Yukon (JCAY) to learn about the community's activities.
