Consul General Takahashi meets with Dr. David Malone, former Rector of the United Nations University (2025/4/23)

On April 23rd, Consul General Takahashi met with Dr. David Malone, former Rector of the United Nations University. Dr. Malone is a recipient of the decoration of Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun in the 2023 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals.
