Okinawa Taiko performance
On June 20, Consul General Takahashi attended the “3rd Annual Ichari-Van Night: Yuigukuru” event held to coincide with Okinawa Memorial Day. The event was organized by the Vancouver Okinawa Taiko Society and supported by the Okinawa-Ken Yuaikai. As he did last year, Consul General Takahashi delivered remarks and observed a moment of silence.
