On April 12, Consul General Takahashi attended the 9th Annual Richmond Cherry Blossom Festival at Garry Point Park. He conversed with various guests including Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie and Dr. Jim Tanaka, Festival Director. He also enjoyed a variety of stage performances and exhibits.
