On October 23, the Consul General attended the 55th anniversary commemorative event for the sister city relationship between North Vancouver and Chiba. The Consul General had a conversation with Chiba Mayor Kamiya, members of the Chiba City delegation including city council members, and North Vancouver Mayor Buchanan, among others.
