Consul General Takahashi visits TRIUMF (2025/12/11)

On December 11, the Consul General visited TRIUMF, one of the world’s leading particle accelerator centre of 21 Canadian university members, located on the UBC south campus, toured the facility, and received an overview of its various applications in fields such as quantum physics, astrophysics, particle physics and medical isotopes. TRIUMF has close collaborations with the Japanese research institutes, such as KEK and RIKEN.
