Report Session on the Japan Tour Friendship Games of the Shin-Asahi Baseball Team

  On March 30, a report session on the Shin-Asahi Baseball Team’s Japan Tour was held at the residence of Consul General Okai. From March 9 to 26, Shin-Asahi visited Nara, Kyoto, Aichi and Yokohama, and played a total of 9 games with local student teams. During their exchange, Shin Asahi disseminated to the Japanese people about the history of Japanese-Canadians, the legacy of the Asahi Tigers that dates back to the 19C and had wonderful exchanges.
