Consul General Okai's Visit to Port Alberni

On July 18^th, Consul General Okai visited Port Alberni, in the heart of the Vancouver Island, B.C., and attended 30 year Sister City memorial event between Port Alberni and Abashiri, Hokkaido.  Both cities have been actively exchanging students and such people’s deep interaction allowed them to maintain a long-term friendship over the years.
