Consul General Okai Visits Honorable Elaine Taylor, Deputy Premier and Minister of Tourism and Culture

On July 26^th, Consul General Okai met with Honorable Elaine Taylor, Deputy Premier and Minister of Tourism and Culture and exchanged views on tourism promotion, as well as gender issues and cooperative relationship with First Nations in Yukon. Deputy Premier is very forthcoming about promoting multicultural events in Yukon and is willing to support and collaborate with the Japanese communities to that end.
