At the 39th Powell Street Festival on August 1, Consul General Okada gave a summary talk from the PARALLEL PATHS series of lectures on Consulate and Japanese Canadian history.  In his talk he focused on the key issues handled by the first consuls.  A historical photo exhibition was held concurrently.
