Regarding NOVA's Certificate of Eligibility

On October 26, the Osaka District Court decided to begin the procedures for the liquidation of NOVA corporation. Due to this decision, the following measures will be implemented:

1. The Certificate of Eligibility received through NOVA cannot be accepted at the Consulate General of Japan when the bearer applies for a visa to Japan.
   
   
2. The bearer of a visa issued on a work contract with NOVA could be refused entry to Japan.
