Food and Sake Tasting EventOn March 24 a food and sake event was held at the Consul General’s residence. Well known restaurant chefs, sommeliers and journalists were invited to an afternoon of Japanese-Western fusion cuisine and sake tasting. Local sake specialists introduced the sake brewing process and explained the different varieties of sake. Consul General’s official chef, Takanori Iwatsubo, in collaboration with Miku restaurant offered delectable Japanese-Western fusion dishes, paired with sake for guests to enjoy.
