2012 Spring Conferment of Decorations

The 2012 Spring Conferment of Decorations was held on June 6th at the Consul General’s official residence. Mr. Mitsuo Hayashi, Chairman of Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre, was awarded a medal and a certificate of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays for his contribution to the welfare of Japanese and Japanese community.
