2012 JET Welcome Back Reception

On November 16th, a Welcome Back Reception was held at the official residence for the Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Program participants, who recently returned to British Columbia.

JET returnees shared their experiences, including interactions with students and local residents in Japan. Their talks highlighted their role as a bridge between Japan and Canada at the local level.

JET returnees, representatives of Japan-related organizations, and members from the JET Alumni Association of BC (JETAABC) attended the reception. Faculty and staff from universities and colleges also joined the event.
