Reception to observe the anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake

On March12, a reception to observe the anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake was held at the Pendulum Gallery. There were approximately 200 guests from the BC government, City of Vancouver, Canada Red Cross, Japan related organizations, and those who supported Japan’s relief efforts. After a silent tribute to victims of the disaster, musical performances, sake from Tohoku area, and Japanese foods were presented to the guests.
