2011 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

The 2011 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals was held on July 23rd at the Recreation Centre in Cumberland, BC. Mr. William Moncrief, former mayor of Cumberland, was awarded a medal and a certificte of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. More than 200 people attended the ceremony.
