2011 Fall Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

 

The 2011 Fall Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals was held on December 9th at the Consul General’s official residence. Mr. Yuzuru Kojima, former President of Judo Canada, and Vice President of the Richmond Sister City Committee was awarded a medal and a certificte of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette for his contribution to the promotion of sports exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and Canada through Judo.
