2010 The Minister for Foreign Affairs Commendation Ceremony

 

On August 6, psychiatrist Dr. Michiaki Horie, and Tonari Gumi (also known as the Japanese Community Volunteers Association), which was represented by Mr. Derek Iwanaka, received the Minister for Foreign Affairs Commendation from Consul General Ito at the Consul General’s official residence.
