Event Posting on the Consulate General of Japan Website

The Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver welcomes event organizers to submit applications for posting events showcasing aspects of Japan-Canada relationships on its website.  If your group or organization would like to have an event posted on Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver website, please fill out the application form and send it to culture@vc.mofa.go.jp


  • It takes approximately two weeks for us to process your application.  A confirmation by email will be sent once your event has been approved.
  • Please also include any supporting documents, such as website, flyers or posters along with your application. 
  • If you wish to announce the event in both English and Japanese, please submit an application in both languages.
  • For multiple events, please submit an application for each event.
