2017 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

The Government of Japan announced on April 29th that the Government will confer decorations on 105 foreign nationals as part of the 2017 Spring Conferment of Decorations. Within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Vancouver, Mr. Joseph Caron has been awarded one of these decorations. The details are as follows:
